2019 Merlot

This Merlot was made from grapes grown by Macari Vineyards, located on Long Island, New York. Fermented in small one-ton picking bins, the ferments were punched down by hand, pressed, and aged for 8 months in neutral oak resulting in our signature fruit-forward style.
