2019 Cabernet Franc

Fruit for the Cabernet Franc from comes our eastside vineyards as well as Overlook Farms on the western side of Seneca lake. The site is composed of sandy soils with excellent drainage for consistent high-quality fruit.

Bright, floral, and bursting with ripe red fruits. Soft, elegant tannins give way to a long finish with subtle background notes of tobacco and earth.
