2021 Dry Rose

This rose was made from red De Chanac grapes rom Harry Humphreys' Overlook Farms. The fruit was machine-picked in the early morning and gently pressed.  The free run juice and the first press fraction were combined and fermented together, producing this deeply pink-colored rose, which has balanced fruit and acidity with a dry finish.

Bursting with early summer fruit aromas of strawberry, this electric hued rosé calls to mind summer afternoons on the dock. This light rose is the definition of easy daytime drinking.
