Keuka Lake Vineyards Wine Club Terms and Conditions
I verify that I am at least 21 years of age. I give Keuka Lake Vineyards permission to charge wine club shipments to my credit card on file. I understand that wine shipments must be received and signed for by an adult over 21.
Sign-up Clauses
By signing up you agree to sign-up for the latest club iteration, for example if it is September you agree to take the most recent August club pack.
Wine Shipments
You are responsible for being available to sign for your shipment. If a shipment is returned to the winery a second attempt to deliver will be made, but shipping will be charged to the credit card on file. Any subsequent shipment attempts will be charged the cost of shipment to your credit card on file.
Wine Pick-up
Keuka Lake Vineyards will hold your shipment for pick-up provided that you contact us within the time specified in each shipment detail. Members who opt for wine club in-person pick-up agree to have their card on file charged when the club packs are released. Should you later change your mind and request shipment, we will add the shipping charge to your credit card on file.
Weather
Keuka Lake Vineyards reserve the right to delay a club shipment due to excessively hot weather.
