500ml | 4.6% ABV
A farmhouse beer brewed in collaboration with Big aLICe Brewig in Geneva using Pilsner malt, raw wheat, and spelt malt all grown in New York State. Fermented four months with a blend of native yeast harvested from our own Evergreen Lek vineyard in used winery barrels which formerly held Blaufränkisch. Racked onto pomace from the 2021 vintage of Blaufränkisch, then bottle conditioned at least four months.
