2019 20 Rows Dry Riesling
20 Rows is our largest Riesling vineyard, planted on the east side of Keuka Lake on a range of glacial soils which include sandy, stony, and light clay. Each year we blind taste our vineyard Rieslings and bottle those which exhibit the most flavor on the palate. This food-friendly wine is balanced dry, with natural acidity on the finish. Drink now through 2031.

Tasting notes
"Bracing in feel, with a mix of fennel, green apple, slate and yellow plum notes working nicely together, while racy acidity is inlaid deeply through the mouthwatering finish. Should lose a little of that tangy edge with cellaring, as this has the stuffing to wait a bit." -James Molesworth, Wine Spectator
Production notes
The 20 Rows fruit was hand harvested before destemming, crushing, and pressing into stainless steel tank. The juice was allowed to settle for 48 hours before inoculation with RHST yeast. Fermentation took seven weeks at temperatures less than 66°F. Naturally cold stabilized by winter cellar temperatures. Vegan.
