Our 2019 Blaufränkisch has been patiently waiting in barrel for 22 months. Ruby garnet color with delicate notes of violets, sweet tobacco, bing cherries and spice. On the palate this wine shows generous ripe fruits of Satsuma plums, black cherries, and raspberries. Drink now up to 10 years. Decant for 45 minutes prior to enjoying.

This fruit for this wine is sourced from two vineyards along Seneca lake. 67% from Gigliotti Vineyards and 33% from Martini Vineyards. Frank Gigliotti is an excellent farmer of over 20 years, a transplant from Boston, Frank is an excellent grower of high-quality grapes. Peter Martini is the grower and vineyard manager of over 100 acres at Martini Vineyard of the Anthony Road Wine Company.

Machine harvested into 1-ton bins. Fermented at 75F and punched down by hand twice daily. Pressed and aged in neutral French oak for 22 months. Naturally cold stabilized. Vegan friendly.
