2022 Seyval Blanc (Barrel)

This elegant wine is light, refreshing, crisp yet round on the palate while the nose has lovely hints of honeydew melon, coconut, green apple with a herbal undertone. Serves with cod in a dill butter sauce, linguine with clam sauce, vegetable risotto.

Hand harvested in early September from our newest estate vineyard owned by Carrie and Marko Radivoyevitch. This vineyard is an old 8-acre block that overlooks KLV's Eastside vineyard. After fermentation, the wine was aged in four neutral oak barrels, resulting in a round, dry, fruity and expressive food-friendly wine.
